Setting

Bending of sheet metal to make your product is our speciality.

By correct bending and setting of sheet metal, metal products get firmness so that welding costs can be saved. Of course, the pre-processing can be laser cutting with possibly the application of countersunk openings. Setting is possible up to 2500 mm in length with a thickness up to and including 8 mm. Also, up to 3000 mm width at a sheet thickness of max. 4 mm is possible. We also provide finishing treatments of the metal parts by welding or powder coating.

Bending can be performed combined with automatic embossing press nuts or studs.
